Support for your neighborhood

Our neighborhood has thrived for over 60 years because the people who live in Tara genuinely care about our neighborhood. This commitment is what makes Tara special. While the cost of maintaining and improving our neighborhood has increased significantly, our Tara Civic Association dues have remained the same for over a decade. To help cover rising costs without raising dues, we introduced the Precious Metals Club, which has seen a wonderful response from residents. Many have generously contributed above the standard dues, allowing us to enhance our neighborhood even further. These additional funds support our mission to improve property values, maintain common areas, and foster community spirit. Your support, at any level, helps us achieve and exceed our goals, making Tara an even better place to live.
