Tara Civic is your neighborhood association

We are a voluntary homeowner’s organization that supports our wonderful neighborhood. Our Mission is to improve property values, maintain common areas, gather socially, and support community interests. 

Achievements

  • Events including Outdoor Movie Night, Easter Egg Hunt, Reindeer Run & Crafts with Santa, Neighborhood Garage Sale

  • New entrance monuments & landscaping

  • New decorative street sign posts with improved street signs

  • Restructured and unified Deed Restrictions

  • Updated website

  • Neighborhood Wine Walk Fundraiser

Goals

  • Continue Halloween street closures

  • Develop master plan for improved boulevard beautification and safety

  • Improve social media communications and online presence

  • Take stronger action against blight in neighborhood

Tara Civic Board Members

Board members are elected for a two-year term at our General Membership Meeting each May. We’ll post information about the meeting on the bulletin boards at both ends of the boulevard and in our newsletter. Not receiving our newsletter yet? Click here to sign up.
