Become A Member
Dues are paid on an annual basis. Invoices are sent out in February and due March 31st of each year, please pay your dues on time to eliminate the cost and time consumed in re-billing residents. If you have not paid your dues for the current year, please do so now. Dues are in Tier Levels to accommodate everyone. In order to keep our subdivision growing and moving forward with improvements, please consider supporting us generously!
Standard - $35 Bronze - $50 Silver - $75 Gold - $100 Platinum - $250
If you have already paid your dues, thank you for your support!
If you have just moved into the subdivision, please join for the current year.
How Important Are Your Dues?
Dues are necessary to help the Tara Civic Association provide the following community services:
- Enforcement of deed restrictions and A1 zoning
- Tara Civic Association website
- Boulevard beautification and decorations
- Quarterly newsletter
- General membership meeting
